Earth Power: Al Gore and the Nobel Prize

Everyone knows I am totally proud to be from the state of Tennessee, and never more than yesterday, when Al Gore won the Nobel Prize for increasing awareness of Global Warming. For anyone living in the U.S. through our long, hot summer of either drought or raging floods, global warming is real, and it is happening now. We cannot keep ignoring this problem, nor the effect on the polar ice caps. No one has brought this more into the light than Al Gore, and he has made his place in history in a profound way. Bravo, Al!
